– Making my way to Ueno Station to visit Kamakura as early as I could. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

This blogpost covers the day of April 19th, 2023 in Tokyo (Ueno), Yokosuka, and Kamakura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Woke up at 8 AM (the earliest I could) while aiming straight for Yokosuka’s military boat cruise. My mission was to visit both Yokosuka and Kamakura desiring an early start as possible while also not desiring to be sleep deprived. I still screwed up in the process attempting to get to Yokosuka thanks to how overly efficient Japan’s rail system is confusing the trains at a later stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I ate (Conbini food from night prior), I washed up all prior to leaving, it all goes without saying. I was eventually greeted by cats. A few cats, at that. Morning cats! Nyaa!~ <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I genuinely enjoyed my day today, totaling up to 515 images. If the blog post struggles to load, that’s why. It was a glorious day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– What I love the most about Japan is how mostly tidy it is. Japan prides itself on being civil, respectful, and tidy. I also admire the flowers lining the roadway.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Basically backtracking my way to Ueno Station using Google Maps to guide me back through side streets. Noticed many awesome landmarks and sights, basically scenery the Japanese locals probably take for granted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– According to Google Translate the sign translates to when crew have to take breaks to replenish water and may occasionally take masks. Unsure if that’s correct. Trying to make note of the train driver past the reflection.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

I was being stupid when taking trains for Ueno to another station. I had a mix up, even mixing it up further by taking an even slower train. I couldn’t make sense of what train to take, and where. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
