The wildfire smoke caused me to feel ill on Friday, leading into Saturday, and on the healthier side on Sunday. It was rough. I had to postpone my Friday and Saturday visit to the Italian Festival, even if I’ve seen a red Ferrari Testarossa roaming around Ottawa the day prior to this one. Was awesome seeing the vehicles with my own eyes, if saddened by the fact they ventured elsewhere, a street further than desired to capture images of.

Sunday had to be the day, and I’m glad it was. I made it my mission to visit the Italian Festival for the 2:30-7:00 timeframe. I needed to see the various Ferrari’s and Italians on display, even if I was worried about the low attendance relating to the wildfire smoke covering nearly the whole of Canada and Ottawa.

– A modernized version of it.

Sure, I was 30 minutes “late” for the Ferrari display. I still proceeded to venture towards the Italian Festival. How do they get around, what do they do, all in the weird Ottawa naive speaking mannerism. You know, Ottawa city speak female mannerism. Almost Californian valley-girl, yet city speak. For all I know it could have actually been ‘valleygirl’ speak, but I digress.

The point I’m trying to make note of is how I was amused by cyclists were attempting to make their way past these Canada Geese, not trying to intrude, harm, or endanger anyone. The concern, yet city naivety in their voice.

I was also frustrated by all the people hogging the trails on these bikepaths. They prevent other cyclists from overtaking, slowing things down. They clog the whole damn trail. I understand it’s for everybody, and I respect that, but I still end up highly frustrated how people intentionally double-up on one side of the path to intentionally blockade one-way traffic on these trails. It makes me want to intentionally ram into these people for being so selfish. It makes me miss the Japanese way of respect, of curtesy, and behaviour. If Japanese people see any negativity, by cultural behaviour, they attempt to mend that situation as swiftly as possible, something these people on these trails refuse to do.

“I’m not going to move! I had to, for Azur Lane and KanColle purposes. Initially inspired by KanColle, later swapping over to Azur Lane, if still highly interested and curious about anything navy related relating to Canada’s ‘Royal Canadian Navy’. KanColle itself made me highly curious about our Naval Canadian history, and I admire it so. It needs to be remembered, respected, and respectfully portrayed in video games, and etc. It needs to find its way into Azur Lane, and other mediums. Even so, I desired to do things on my own terms, and that’s what I’ve done. I probably chose the wrong year to do so, I still had to make note of any event while I’m aware, active, and in a documenting mood to do so. They used to, if briefly, link to my blog prior to possibly removing my links from their site, something I’m perfectly fine with. I now had to make my trip to Preston Street worthwhile, even if it meant going up and down looking for more things to make note of, to document, as trivial as they may be.

– Preston Street’s fancy attraction direction indicator.

– The other half of the festival being held on the other side of the bridge.

– Lovely parking lot wall art. Desired to cycle on the Trillium pathway.

Once I reached the bike path I hoped on my bike, placed my phone in the phone holder, and proceeded to now make my way towards downtown Ottawa. I passed by a Vietnamese female pairing, overpassing them safely. Zipped through a tunnel, eventually making note of a passing red O-Train, something I was eager in capturing for image purposes. I noted people in the train. I checked Google Maps to see what the running schedule was for O-Train at Bayview station, to which it provided me no answers.

– O-Train – Bayview Station. This doesn’t help me at all! (I could hear the O-Train bells sounding off in the distance, the train was however heading off in the other direction. I waited a good 5-10 minutes with no activity.)

I was becoming more stressed and strained from the warm weather. I sat there, on my bike, skimming my phone on the furthest edge of the Trillium bikepath (staring at the railway) attempting to make sense of the running time of this O-Train. Give me “some” running time! Anything. When does one arrive? When does one depart? How far apart to they run between arrival and departure?! At least Japan & Vancouver provided me this information, something Ottawa still struggles with. Tons of growing pains, operating pains, etc.

I nearly obtained a heat stroke while sitting under the hazy, smoky sun attempting to make note of this. I even observed a women walking her bike while on the phone making her way towards Bayview, and maybe even further. Dejected, I looked behind me for any trail traffic, bolting off towards Bayview, in a certain state of genuine astonishment with how much they’ve accomplished. Honestly speaking, this appears like a “rush” job done in Minecraft, yet a respectful effort. I could see the LRT train running above, the O-Train announcement being heard below. Felt professional.

I need to document the O-Train and LRT at another time. I felt disappointed, dejected, and confused. I also became confused at the following intersection. Where do I go?!

– Blue Line = My travel | Black Circle = Proposed roundabout | Red Line = My travel path.

Ottawa nearly had this area figured out. Yes, the blue dotted line noting the way I came, the red line noting where I went (with hesitation and confusion), and the black dotted circle noting where this roundabout should be. If not a roundabout, then an open fancy circular stone area. Too many blind spots.

I view Bayview as incomplete, dangerous, and tedious. It needs to be made more accessible, especially in that ‘Path-of-least-resistance’ manner.

– Found myself at the redesigned, renovated Chief William Commanda Bridge repurposed into an NCC trail pathway. Thank you! I also overtook an older gentleman (seen on the pathway below in red), and so I did at the pathway’s bend. Little would I know that they would notice me crashing against a garage door wall. Alarmed, and also worried people may run to me from the nearby restaurant, I fled the scene. I basically followed the green bike patterns on the roadway, assuming I could use the garage as a tunnel to lead to the other side, which it wasn’t. It was a car garage. My incident had me bang up against the wall, to which the elderly folks at the far distance noted. I wouldn’t be surprised if those at the Mill Street Brew also saw my accident and blunder.

I made my way “up”, and to the “right” (on the red dotted line), eventually stopping where you see the frustrated squiggles cartoon. I checked my arm for scratched, my bike for damages, and I hid behind the rocks. Yes, a few passerby’s coming the other way saw me, I was peeved. Finding the damage tolerable (maybe nonexistent), I unknowingly also ventured towards the Royal Canadian Navy Monument, a landmark I initially desired to visit. Lucky! I desire to see Canadians in both games, future games, and actual non-Anime games, such as was done for Silent Hunter 3. I’ve already went on about it [here], and elsewhere. I wish Canadians could also stop being lazy, instead with museums reaching out themselves to be inserted into these various games of their own accord. Everything was a mess, I was becoming angrier by the moment, and far more dehydrated as time went on. The NCC trails were disconnected, constructions, poor signage, and absolute confusion.

The #2 number in the above image also noted a non-entry orange construction sign of how pathway is closed. A dumb male cyclist made their way down this closed off pathway, I hope they failed in pain and misery. They failed to read an obvious sign, one I was still able to comprehend, they can suffer.

I eventually made my way down to #3, failing. It was taking me back another way, a way I refused to venture to. I desired to venture TO the Parliament Hill, NOT away from. Put up more signs, especially for touristic purposes. Tear down any deranged LGBTQ monument and festival advertisement delusions and erect more directional signage before someone actually injured themselves from improper directional signage in this God forsaken city. I saw an LGBTQ signage hiding in the trees, disgusted by how openly Ottawa desires to showcase perversion, intellectual dishonesty, poor parenting, and open advertisement for underage mutilation and sexual assaults.

After being thoroughly disgusted by Ottawa’s incompetance, active open perversion, and lacking professionalism, I ventured back towards #3, aiming for #4 to use the main roadway to head towards the Parliament Hill. A two-way bikepath at first, stupidly turning into an one-way pathway the rest of the way on Wellington Street.

OTTAWA IS RETARDED! RETARDED! Ottawa cares more about destroying the lives of underaged individuals (kids and teens) than they do about common sense practices in Ottawa. Jesus Christ……

I miss Japan!

On my way towards Parliament Hill I observed a group of touristic India Indians crossing an intersection on a red light. Bunch of morons. The retardation never stops…… If I sat under a table I would have flipped it in anger by now. I openly shook my head in disgust at how barbaric both Ottawa’s Downtown & Indians are. Disgusting.

Parliament Hill – Under Construction:

At last! I arrived! I finally arrived safely at Ottawa’s Parliament Hill, if barely, and all stressed out. Certain parts were smooth, other parts were accident-inducing, and others showed how barbaric Ottawa has turned into (LGBTQ perversion & India’s disrespect).

I walked my bike from the roadway towards Parliament Hill, also spotting one of the security officer coming out of their cruiser. I was concerned. Did I do anything wrong? The male security officer walked towards me, then past me. I breathed a sigh of relieve. I didn’t move. I stood there, with my bike in head, also taking the exact picture below.

– Parliament Hill has all these cranes and construction still going on.

– Lots of tourists in the area. I could have potentially had a repeat of what I had under that first bridge. I could have banged myself somewhere, this time potentially drawing blood. Why can’t the bikepath/trail go under the art’s centre, not through it? If you look carefully, you can also see green cycling signs, as was noted in the first Google Maps picture I shared of my bike mishap accident.

Slightly more planning needs to go into Ottawa to make it fully idiot-proof and fluid for cycling, pedestrian and scooter purposes. I’m aware of this now, and I’ll make use of this, if I ever visit downtown. I would have to travel via the Karen & hipster neighborhoods, eventually reaching downtown on this safer route again.

– Rogers Centre Ottawa. The bridge as a boat, and vice-versa on the right side.

I desired to make note of a few landmarks, if skipping them in haste to return back home. I missed out on making note of the Cartier Square Drill Hall, Pretoria Bridge, and a few others. I did make note of this neat appearing ‘Moose’ bench in the below photo, but others were regrettably missed.

– Moose Bench.

I, thankfully, doubled back on a quieter stretch of the trail to make note of this Moose bench. I failed to note why this is special, I still however had to make note of it. I confused an older elderly woman, but I was happier noting this bench.

I was about ready to proceed on my way only to be surprisingly stopped by the same ‘Canada Geese’ guy I conversed with prior. He made his way back (a long way back) on foot to where I was, heading further to his residence. I noted how I didn’t see any other Canada Geese younglings, how my phone was dying, and I was rushing to get back. I was trusting my instincts on how this trail leads back to my place. We eventually concluded our conversation, making our way to where we were heading.

– Flora Footbridge. I made note of this. Nice! It’s a nice looking footbridge.

– Rideau Canal leading into Dow’s Lake – An overly impressive stretch of pathway.

I was genuinely amazed how narrow, impressive, and amazing that stretch of bike trail running parallel to the canal was. Sure, it was frustrating with all the foot traffic, I however took in whatever I could visually. I wish I could share what I saw. Maybe at another time.

I was obviously peeved with various people hogging the trail, unable to pass, with how overly busy the area was. Others obviously saw my frustration, especially with how I slowed, waiting for an opportunity to pass. I’m aware these trails are for everybody, but there has to be a way to widen this stretch somehow. Have bikes be prioritized over pedestrian traffic, especially in this overly narrow area. I’m simply going to have to get used to the frustration of traveling through this area, I guess.

I, however, shall fondly recall the memories of the barge making its way back towards downtown Ottawa. It felt like Europe, like the Danube River, and slightly with Japan. Mostly European vibes here. Slovakian vibes. Danube River vibes. What I saw, and what I remember, came out as magical. As magical as I continously view Japan in high regards, but this time positively in an Ottawa light. I can finally show off the true, proper, and elegant side of Ottawa, and I’m proud of it. The REAL Ottawa, especially without the fake political drivel roaming around like a nasty fatal disease.

– I love how Ottawa focuses on these big red wooden chairs. They’re one of the best things to be implemented in Ottawa, other than the fake gender & faux-political nonsense. This is natural beauty, and I admire it. I admire this true side of Ottawa, and I hope it stays this way.

– I’m back at the ‘Naval Reserve Monument’, wooo!~ Salute to everything Canadian, Canadian Navy related, and I hope they find themselves in a game called Azur Lane.

– I laughed. Had to take alternate side-roads at this farm to avoid farm vehicles, yet admiring these hay bale collection moment on the way back.

And with that, my trip ended. The Ferrari Festival wasn’t bad, even if it was underwhelming. As others and myself noted, it’s all the wildfire smoke’s fault. The issue effects the majority of Canada, and it also can be seen in the first, the last, and in every photo in this blog posting, the previous blog posting, etc. Yes, it has cleared up by now, it however can still be noticed.

Yes, I was feeling stressed in general from the weather. It was deceptively hot, and I could have easily gained sun stroke. I felt as if I suffered a Cold/Flu attack overnight with how restless I felt. My arms burning from being sunburnt with all the red marks. Thankfully, no skin flaking, peeling, or anything. Fatigue, burning, and painful restlessness. I felt unwell the next day at work, especially with how I went to work without breakfast. I didn’t eat in the morning, I overslept, and everything was a mess. It was worth the trip, if with painful after-effects. Cause-and-effects. Risk vs reward.

I admit Ottawa is beautiful, and I have always noted this over and over again. Ottawa has beautiful natural parks, locations, and overly beautiful scenic locations. Sadly, it’s wasted on Left-Wing people and those who are anti-Canadian, wish to covertly destroy Canada through falsified political causes, and etc. More attention could be placed perfecting various renovated areas, further beautifying them, as was done with Nepean Bay Bridge, and the bridge feeding into the National Art Gallery area (next to Alexandra Bridge). Ottawa shall always be scenically beautiful, if sadly wasted by the people residing within of the Political Left, Anti-Canadian, and “I-Don’t-Care” variety, as was noted by India’s Indians not caring at all about Canada. Everything is trash to them. If you authentically and genuinely admire Canada is when you have my respect placed back to you.

I admire rediscovering Ottawa’s beautiful side. I can’t wait to document other areas I had initially missed on this Sunday’s outing. Have to revisit areas to make note of various areas I was forced to pass over due to various circumstances and situations.

Also, I can’t wait for when Canadians are properly represented in Azur Lane, even if it’s done in a lewd manner. People will still find about Canada’s history, and it’s better if they find out how awesome HMCS Haida is, have HMCS Sackville as an escort, and to also be aware how Canada used to individually own three aircraft carriers. How it would be nice to see true Canadians connect with their Canadians in Azur Lane, especially in regards to “Bonnie” (HMCS Bonaventure), or to see what it would have been like to own an Essex-Class aircraft carrier under the Canadian Maple Monarchy banner of Azur Lane. Canadians deserve to learn about their WW1, WW2, and overall history, hence my visit (visits, and revisits) to the displays naval gun mount and the Royal Canadian Navy monument. If the various historical museum organizations can reach out to Yostar/Manjuu/Yongshii then things would proceed much more smoothly. Less fear, and laziness; More boldness and respect!

Respectfully Canadian. Proudly Canadian.
