After fighting with my computer to allow USB connection with my PSP, I can now view my pictures and show them off.
Since I noticed it was another great day I called my friend and asked him if he wanted to join me in a bike ride somewhere. He agreed to join me so we headed off to Andrew Haydon Park to enjoy the nice day out, but we could not go farther then that because of his breaks on his bike being messed up. We met up and went past Britania Beach, and noticed this nice view. I didn’t do any previous bike rides since I fell off my bike the a few weeks back making me afraid of riding it, well until the Ferrari Festival which I couldn’t miss.
(Since my blog doesn’t want to upload pictures I linked them to my deviantart account instead. You will find the links under pictures to view full size.)

I tried to get a balanced picture of the swampy like area mixed with the boat in the back of the image, bonus points to someone who can see the boat. Nice image right, shows you how nice it is out there right?

Just had to take a picture of these baby ducklings swimming around. Seeing how dirty the water is, seeing a coffee cup in there shows the lack of respect from the locals around here. Seeing garbage around just makes me sick, however seein those baby ducks made me ignore that cup since they ignored it. Now for the picture below, I took the image of people also enjoying the day, people boating around going in and out of the docks.

And another cool shot of the same boats seen in the above image.

And now this is why I also went biking, to take pictures of my Gundam figures. Though it may only be three (or 5, once I did the edit) pictures I do have more which I will probably upload later (once I fix this blog) or I might just make a new entry (part 2).
I brought my Char’s Zaku II (The Chinese made HQ grade figure) which my friend bought on one of his trips. I brought that, the Gogg, the Gouf, and an AT-ST (which never got a photoshoot). I tried to take aquatic to land invasion images of what I had based on “A War in a Pocket” Gundam show, just a few skilled pilots instead of hordes of mobile suits (thought that would be cool).

Before this image a huge wave, caused by a boat, came and knocked my Red Comet into the water almost making me lose it. I luckily got it before it went too far in the waves and I didn’t lose anything, luckily. As for that Gogg, I can see why it is an acquatic type (its heavy also). I’m actually pleased with this image.

Char’s Zaku II (look at its left foot for proof it went into water, and where the legs joins) posing and waiting up for the Gogg to join the squad.
Below is an angle from a Gundam figure’s height looking down at the three ready to link up and attack a Federation base. With the waves getting worse, they have to hurry it up or be swamped by storm waves.

And below is the back side of the two linking up. I tried to make Char’s Zaku II the star of the show but since he fell in the water I was afraid of having him drift away or lose pieces. I took a few pictures of them all together then put Char back in the pouch. You can see how detailed the Chinese figure is compared to my American figures, the casing for the back boosters comes off to show wires and such.

The Gouf is an American figure/toy so I couldn’t pose much like I could with the Char’s Zaku II (Chinese High Grade as I said). The Gogg is also one of those American Gundam toys but at least the arms and fingers pose.

I did a close up of the figures and am actually pleased with the results I got. Compared to the previous Gundam photoshoot where I used my Zaku II and Ground Gundam, I think I got the scale about right this time around. I spent 1 hour trying to find a good area. My friend helped me choose an area and he gave me suggestions as to where to place them, so I did. By the way, look at the rock the Gogg is on and make a note of how far the waves went.
Went back and saw some quickly growing Canadian Geese. I remember seeing the babies in yellow and black color, but now they’re almost the same color as the full grown ones. Since they are protected and such, they go where ever they want without any issues.

It was a hot day so me and my friend decided to get an Oreo Blizzard to chill out. As if that Subway bag made it into the image, it was there for a good 30 minutes (random comment I know). Well me and my friend just got the two Blizzards, went back to our bikes and ate the Blizzard while we seen a drunken, cracked out Canadian, nearly run into a parked Red Subaru while he tried to park. He came out of the truck with me and my friend going “wtf? How the hell did he drive this ‘safely’ when he was this heavily under influence?!”. We stayed at DQ for a bit just so we could call the cops on him to keep him off the road. The guy in the Subaru checked his car and took off with his wife while the crack head asked “Wha wha what ha ha happended?”, while moving about in a messed up manner. We left when he left and saw him at 7/11, the police has him on record (hopefully) so we will see what happens next.
In conclusion, after seeing these articles: link 1, link 2, (there was a third one but lost it) I feel like doing night time pictures now, but in great quality of course. With my Zeon’s about to raid the shorelines, and the bases on it, I feel like adding the Federation side of things to show how they react. I don’t really have Gundam base materials but I guess I could improvise or something and if I had more people join in I could actually pull it off (why I linked the articles above).
Hope you were able to follow, and hope you enjoyed this blog entry.
