Hey, me and Kodama – Figure.fm profile – tried to do a Dannychoo.com/Figure.fm meet up at a very short notice. We met up but were hoping for more people. I should of had a little flag showing “d” in purple. It went well but it was only me and Kodama taking images of Figmas for three hours. Â I ended up being about 10 minutes late at the time, but did leave a warning that I’d be late as I was cycling – 3ish pm -> 6 pm. I also tried went to my local AnimeStop on the way to buy a Figma – Figma Emiya.

Emiya Shiro comes with the usual Figma stand, the twin blades, an extra angry faceplate, Archer’s arm, a figma bag, 6 spare arms, and a Beserker blade hidden neatly behind the barely unchanged Figma plastic container.

Straight out of the box and into a simplistic pose.
Emiya shiro has a hidden waist joint. Him and Signum’s waist joint differ though as Emiya isn’t meant to pop open, he doesn’t have a barrier jacket. With it, posing Emiya seems to be a breeze.

Beserker’s blade appears to be hollow with a long piece glued onto the blunt end. There is a rectangular piece that plugs into Archer’s parlm.

Oddly enough, Kodama placed the arm into Emiya with ease and I found out about the way it went onto Emiya after I took him posing 0_o.

Pro’s:
– Archer’s arm and Beserker’s blade as a bonus.
– Able to switch Archer’s arm with Emiya’s arm (and vice versa).
– Extra hands have the summoning symbol.
– Decent enough balancing with the Beserker blade.
– Has a nice hidden waist joint.
Con’s:
– Archer’s arm doesn’t articulate that well.
– Adding to the articulation, posing with Archer’s arm and Beserker’s blade gradually becomes a chore. Not enough freedom.

And the continuation of the out door photoshoot at the Experimental Farm. Signum fell on me once with a big thud. I was lucky she didn’t break on me.I also kept losing the bottom hilt part of her blade, annoying.

Was feeling like I was about to be interrupted by a large group of individuals preparing for a gathering for a wedding so I rushed the ending and made Signum flee through Emiya’s plot device.
