Figma Kanu Unchou get

Went to the anime store today and went to see if they had a decent (new) selection of Figmas. I searched and examined any figures that caught my attention and none really did. I made sure I didn’t miss anything so I looked behind a few figures also and acquired Figma Kanu and one of those Good Smile trading figures. I got Rin in one of her running with a dagger pose and is a pain to put together.

Well I decided to show my other Figma partners my other Figma to the club. Haruhi was annoyed at being one of those “innocent” types while Konata makes a eroge game comment. Kanu couldn’t wait out of the box….Oh and ya she is back to her normal self again after that “chilling” walk.

Figma Haruhi wants to explore

Well I got bored and decided to take the image of the little snow on the ground before it fully melts. I was about to go Figmaless but took Haruhi out since shes the easiest to pose with and my current fav figma. I was in a rush that I didn’t think about taking Haruhi’s spare parts since I only wanted to take pictures of the little snow around.

So I looked for a patch of snow that was similar to the November 18th, 2008 snowfall and heres a good example.

October 7th, 2008 – Petroloot

Well I see I was tardy with this blog, but I had catching up to do since I was in Europe. For starters I won a Petroglyph Mousepad which I’ll be adding to my collection. I collect Anime, Ferrari, and Petroglyph object so it goes into my collection well.

I gained the below item by entering myself into a Petroglyph Cave contest drawing. I drew this map. (Warning: Your eyes may bleed.)

Here is the mentioned item:

And here are some of the things I have from before that are from Petroglyph (excluding the Death Star toy that makes noise, pre-order item with EaW)

https://arcticukitsu.com/Blog/?p=51 <— For more Petroglyph goodies. If requested I will take a picture of the sound making Death Star.

2 new Lucky Star Figmas

Well I wanted to finally get my Figma Saber and I had enough for a Figma Miku so I headed to my local Anime store while I had the chance. Since I arrived on Sunday, September 21, 2008 I finally had the chance to go to the anime store, by bus. When I arrived I saw Figma Haruhi (already have), Figma Mikuru (I need), and Figma Yuki Nagato (Which I also need) on the rack. I asked if there were anymore Figmas and the lady said yes, pointing to a recently new pile of figures that came in just today (Wednesday, September 24, 2008). I then checked which ones interested me and took two.

Haruhi Images – Part 3

Well I was at my friends to see his new synth so I took the opportunity to take pictures, and to also improve my indoor shooting skills. I tried out his synth (Korg R3) and I must say its a kick ass synth. Too bad I couldn’t record what I played on it since the recording softwares had some issues with the keyboard .

So here are the the damn clouds that harassed Ottawa late July till August 11th messing up my bike trips. This weather front corrupted my already messed up sleeping habit making me stay awake even longer during the night (or waking me up early but sleeping later).

Rainbow 8/8/8

Yesterday the whole world was watching the Olympics, getting married, had new borns, and even created feasts to celebrate the day. I was watching the Olympic ceremony just like everybody else and looked outside and saw this rainbow.

More of these rainbows were spotted on the same day down in Southern Ontario after the on/off rain that has been happening since August started. I also zoomed into it but the image got darker and less satisfying.

Fake Impulse Gundam

I was looking at Rin (Fate/Stay Night) who is from a Bome figure collection. I don’t have a good picture of her for so I went to get a brush for her in my local Dollar Store so that I could later on. I, for some reason, headed through the toy section just to see what they have and I came across this silly Gundam toy from China. I was looking for the kitchen brushes but I just wanted to check out what they had.

Saturday, June 21, 2008 – Bike ride + mini Photoshoot

After fighting with my computer to allow USB connection with my PSP, I can now view my pictures and show them off.

Since I noticed it was another great day I called my friend and asked him if he wanted to join me in a bike ride somewhere. He agreed to join me so we headed off to Andrew Haydon Park to enjoy the nice day out, but we could not go farther then that because of his breaks on his bike being messed up. We met up and went past Britania Beach, and noticed this nice view. I didn’t do any previous bike rides since I fell off my bike the a few weeks back making me afraid of riding it, well until the Ferrari Festival which I couldn’t miss.

(Since my blog doesn’t want to upload pictures I linked them to my deviantart account instead. You will find the links under pictures to view full size.)

Saber’s Photoshoot (and a bit of sidetrackness)

Well since it was nice out I thought I should go out and see where I could go. I looked up at my desk thinking if I should take a figure to take pictures of during bike stop breaks. I saw that Mini-Saber and the new Revoltech Saber so I brought her along. Got on my bike, went on the bike path, headed towards Mud Lake to find people looking at the Canadian Geese with their baby Geese. I stopped, got off my bike and got sidetracked for a good 10-15 minutes while I saw another guy trying to go fishing with a fishing net.

Tulip Festival

I added the Tulip Festival Gallery onto the site so if your visiting my blog all the pictures are above in that link ^. I stayed mostly in the Japanese area where I saw people playing the fishy game, making origami, trying out headbands and such. The Tulip Festival has are as follows: Russia, Romania, Japan, Canada, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Indonesia, China, European Union, Thailand, Holland, Germany, Peru, and Mexico. I bet I forgot about 1-3 nations that were at the Tulip Festival in Major’s Hill Park in downtown Ottawa. I volunteered at the Tulip Festival as a Security guy so I get posted to various areas of the park. Today I got posted in the Mexico area for three hours in the sun with a one hour break to tour around and back to beer duty at the German boarder. The smells being put off by the international Pavilions drove me mad since I wanted to eat but had no cash.
