Well I did say I got Figma Shana in my previous article. I also tried to do a group shot with all my Figma’s but it proved to be troublesome. Just one tiny little bump on the table and they topple like diminos. I also found a bit of irony while I took (blurry) pictures of them. I’ll explain (what I call) irony further on.
I think I need to do another attempt at a Figma group shot, but here it is: (For bigger images, click on the link under the appropriate image to view in a bigger size.)
Wow, I’m bad at maintaining blogs. Well whatever, one can do as they wish with one :). This entry will be random and should be in a positive light (compared to that rant I had previously). Whats this madness I speak of? Well Petroglyph comics as well as randomly drawn alter egos in their forum character style being shown in comics in a comical way. Mine as a sprinkle of Anime-ness on it and I view these comics in a Lucky Star kind of comical way :p.
Also look forward a blog entry of Figma Shana and my Figma group shot photoshoot. Since its spring I can finally do proper photoshoots with my lacking picture taking skills.
An example of my online alter ego – A Yu-Gi-Oh! Card created from the PF Comics.
Any cards and pictures in these posts are property of Valdez.
Edit: Since the modding community died for the game so did the mod. I had to kill it since nobody wanted to assist, only ask. If anybody wants to revive it I can give you some of the models as long as you plan to use it in a mod and to give credit to the modeler himself. I tried but nobody took me seriously enough as it was based on “Gundam” so the support was extremely lacking. Sorry for the hype and hope to see someone else either take it over or to see Bandai-Namco finally making a RTS or Open World game dealing with Gundam.
After 2-3 years of dorment snoozing, I finally brought this Gundam mod back into a brighter light. This mod will take place in the Universal Century era from the Mobile Suit Gundam show up to the War in The Pocket. You will be able to fight it out as the Earth Federation Forces and the Zeons versus each other or the original Star Wars faction in a Galactic Conquest and/or Skirmish.
Hmm. Ya I have been tardy with my blog posts but I couldn’t keep up with everything like I normally do. My interests are swaying in various areas. Well moving on with the lame excuses, I got Rin Kagamine on my last trip to my local anime store (Anime Stop), acquiring her her on the 17th of January, 2009.

Well, with it being recently announced (Previous blog entry) it was kind of a shock to find a European hosted Mytheon site with slightly more content then the North American side. Petroglyph games is located in America, in the Las Vegas area and normally you would assume you would get more content from your home base then something across the globe. Here is the European site that I happened to find on Google search, but never heard about.
Thanks to a user named Dani who commented in this blog post, I took pictures of the part I forgot. I also took the time to take images that were blurry and make them slightly better.
Here are the images:
The Bottom flaps with Dark Saber and another character I never seen. I haven’t played the PS2/PC game of it. New Figmas? :p
There you go :). Here I thought I checked every corner and I left a stone unturned. So there’ll be 3 Sabers? I don’t know who that other person is. Lastly I want a Figma Horo (Spice and Wolf) and Tenko Kugen (Wagaya no Oinari-sama). That’ll be the day…….
Well its the day before Christmas (but Japan and European time it is the 24th) so after waiting 4 months and a few more days, I found it time to open up the Figma boxes to take pictures! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years!
My Christmas loot! Just so you guys/gals should know, this will be a long blog post because of the Christmas holiday so might want to make sure you have lots of time on your hands. I’ll go on Figma Saber first and then Miku Hatsune will get her time, enjoy the read/skimming.

Well I finally got this “gift” for Christmas and I must say thats one hell of a small box for something so god damn expensive. I’ve waited since summer and now that I finally got her I felt like doing it in a more holiday style (though my patience kicked in) and open up the box when christmas is actually around. But ya, impatience kicked in and I took out the doing a photoshoot of it but I haven’t taken it out of its original box yet. I’ll leave the playing and posing to the actual christmas since thats part 2.
Well heres a photoshoot for part 1 as a teaser.

While I use my PC, Konata ended up using my PS3 for her gaming and Otaku needs. While doing so Tsukasa brought in a box for Konata to check out.
Finally I can host a gallery full of images from Europe! I remember an earlier blog I was going to split the European stuff into teaser bits but that never worked out. I instead killed all my galleries and plan to host a better one. I kept scanning the net for better galleries templates, but never could found one nice and simple enough to host onto. Google yesterday caught my attention so I decided to try it out (the links below).

Woke up today and was greeted by a nice pile of white snow blanketing everything. It was so white that I was caught off guard, and because of the fog created by the snow. I rushed to take a pictures every few moments and here (December snows are the best) and got one when two trucks and a back end loader were shoveling a parkinglot.
Like with any other Canadian snow fall, you have to keep shoveling 20 times a day to keep your driveway clean and it severly pisses people off. The sidewalk plows seemed to cleaned this out earlier, but it was all in vain.

Well a few people were requesting images of how it looks up here with the snow so I decided to take a few images (3).
I went out and it was still a nice sunny day, three planes in the same part of the sky, and a very very chilly day. I saw some rabbit tracks and tried to look for a nice clean portion (along a fence) to take a picture of it.
I walked a bit further trying to find any other cleaner and untouched bits of snow. At this point, even staying out 10 minutes would cause me to freeze if your not properly bundled up. The more I walked the more I could see rabbit tracks (like the above image) and people’s foot prints along the line where the bike path goes.
I would walk further and take more pictures of the famous Canadian snow, but I had no figures with me and it was causing me to get very chilly at this point. I headed back and noticed the bright moon in the clear cold sky.
Funny how theres little to no clouds in the sky when its obviously cold out (or warm). Though I can’t complain since I like seeing sunny days :). And so much for bringing out my figures for a photoshoot, they where short skirts or light clothing.
While searching Dannychoo.com I came across this funny image that I couldn’t stop laughing at.
The “real” reason why we have Thanksgiving 🙂 (us North Americaners). If you can’t read the text then go to animenewsnetwork.com, or the above Dannychoo link.
Since yesterday (or day before that) I was accepted into the Playstation Home Beta testing. For those who don’t know what it is then follow the links here:
Well now I really can get images worthy since its a real snow fall this time. No Animeness this time (unless I find something clever). Its been snowing since 5 pm (eastern time) and its still snowing at 2:51 am. I’m making this a place holder post for images to come but couldn’t resist posting a snow post entry.
Anime withdrawal, it happens. What its official community known name isn’t known to me. I do call it a Anime Withdrawal. There is also Anime fever for short term obsessions.
Well, when we like something a lot we tend to dwell in it deep and try to explore every corner of it right? We dwell so much in a single area of our liking that we tend to get “withdrawal” symptoms  when we’re done with the certain something. It’s something were you can’t keep your mind off such an area for an extended period of time. I have felt the symptoms of Anime Withdrawal were I wanted to watch anime but couldn’t due to traveling, cultural, “real-life situations” and various other scenarios. All I could do was talk and think about Anime (even in non-anime areas), or just adapt to the new scenario/location.
Disclaimer: Everything I said is generalized or simplified so it can be listed with ease. Some things may not even be accurate because we each experience these symptoms differently and some things maybe confused or forgotten. Sources? Myself, other people, various sites and you guys/gals. I listed everything with what I experienced.
